
Grandma’s Peanut Butter Fudge (Old-Fashioned)

- 1 stick butter (melted; do not brown)
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 7–8 tablespoons peanut butter
Tip: For a firmer texture, use less peanut butter. For creamier fudge, use closer to 8 tablespoons.
Instructions
- Melt butter in a pan over low heat (do not brown).
- Add evaporated milk and sugar. Bring to a boil for 6–7 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla and peanut butter until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into a buttered flat pan. Refrigerate until set; cut into squares.
