Slow Cooker Sirloin Roast

A low-effort Sunday dinner with plenty of savory gravy for mashed potatoes, rice or egg noodles.

How to make it

  1. Place the sirloin roast in the slow cooker.
  2. Season it with garlic powder, onion powder and black pepper.
  3. Sprinkle the au jus gravy mix evenly over the roast.
  4. Pour in the water, cover and cook on LOW for 4–6 hours, until tender and easy to pull apart.
  5. Slice or shred and serve with the gravy over rice, egg noodles or mashed potatoes.
Holly’s note: Replace half the water with beef broth for extra richness. Carrots, onions or mushrooms can cook alongside the roast.
