Ingredients
- 2–3 lb sirloin roast (or similar beef roast)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 2 packages McCormick Au Jus Gravy Mix
- ½ cup water
Instructions
- Place the sirloin roast into the slow cooker.
- Season with garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
- Sprinkle the au jus gravy mix over the roast.
- Pour in ½ cup of water.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 4–6 hours, or until tender and easy to pull apart.
- Serve with gravy over rice, egg noodles, or mashed potatoes.
