Slow Cooker Sirloin Roast with Au Jus Gravy

Ingredients

  • 2–3 lb sirloin roast (or similar beef roast)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 packages McCormick Au Jus Gravy Mix
  • ½ cup water

Instructions

  1. Place the sirloin roast into the slow cooker.
  2. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
  3. Sprinkle the au jus gravy mix over the roast.
  4. Pour in ½ cup of water.
  5. Cover and cook on LOW for 4–6 hours, or until tender and easy to pull apart.
  6. Serve with gravy over rice, egg noodles, or mashed potatoes.

Tips

  • Use half beef broth for extra richness.
  • Add carrots, onions, or mushrooms for a one‑pot meal.
  • Stir in sour cream or cream of mushroom soup at the end for creamy gravy.
  • Shred for pot‑roast style or slice to serve.
